Extensive police activities and intensified measures are underway in the areas of Budva, Herceg Novi, Tivat and Kotor, "Vijesti" has learned unofficially.
According to available information, police officers are conducting intensive searches at several locations, as part of a broader operation aimed at combating organized crime groups and finding internationally wanted fugitives.
Special focus is on members of multiple clans and individuals associated with them.
The presence of police forces has been increased on key roads, in urban areas and in locations where fugitives could possibly be hiding.
"Vijesti" was told that more than a hundred police officers were deployed in each city.
