The tablets, which were temporarily seized a few days ago during a police search of the apartment and other premises used by RK from Rožaje, were returned and no further proceedings were initiated against them.
This was stated by the family in an address to the editorial office, submitting certificates of temporary seizure of the pills from the list of opiates, as well as a certificate of their return.
They said the pills were returned the same day they were temporarily seized, after the police were provided with complete medical documentation for the therapy.
The police announced two days ago that they temporarily seized a gun during the search, and that the prosecutor's office would later rule on the legal qualification of the crime.
