Minister of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property Slaven Radunović (New Serbian Democracy) supported former Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Vesna Bratić, who was arrested today by the Special Police Department on the orders of the Special State Prosecutor's Office.
Radunović said that since 2020, "of all the prime ministers and ministers, no one has done more to dismantle the DPS octopus than Vesna Bratić."
"Since I joined the government, my FB account has been edited by administrators and is used practically only for official purposes. However, after this scandalous arrest of a full professor at the University of Montenegro in handcuffs, thus equating her with the worst criminals and scammers who have demoralized Montenegro, I have to react personally," Radunović wrote on Facebook.
He said that Vesna Bratić has "the full support of Slaven Radunović, both as a man and as a politician."
"I do not want to interfere in other people's jurisdictions, but I want to state that you expelled party cells from Montenegrin schools in the shortest possible time, thus completing a job of general interest for the entire country. Now, it does not occur to any principal to hold party meetings in the assembly rooms and collect signatures. Is it not enough for Vesna Bratić? The day will come when many will apologize to you, and everyone will thank you," said Radunović.
