Aleksandar Sladojević reacted to the article "And a fugitive policeman and usurer? Usury in Montenegro (20)", which was published today in the Independent daily Vijesti and on the Vijesti portal, in which the four Pavićevićs are mentioned in the context of usury in Danilovgrad.
"I, Aleksandar Sladojević from Danilovgrad, (address known to the editorial staff), father Vukašin, have nothing to do with the actions that are implied in the above text, that is, neither I nor anyone from my family has ever been involved in usury or similar activities, and in this regard, I have no idea how I was brought into the context of the above actions. I would like to point out that it is true that at my wedding, in front of the competent authority, I changed my surname by exercising my legal right and taking my wife's surname. I would like to point out that the publication of this text has caused undeniable damage to my reputation and honor, and that I will seek adequate satisfaction from the competent authorities," it is written in Sladojević's response, which was submitted by his attorney, lawyer Nikola Tomković.
