The Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Bijelo Polje has filed an indictment with the Basic Court in Bijelo Polje against two individuals MM and BM, and one legal entity (DOO "B."), for the continued criminal offenses of fraud and forgery of documents in connection with the acquisition of unlawful material gain in the amount of over 132.000 euros.
As announced by the ODT, these are subsidies received for the employment of persons with disabilities (PWDs).
