The Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Podgorica has ordered the detention of Kosovo citizen MM, on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of exploiting children for pornography, the prosecutor's office announced today.
"The suspect is charged with possessing pornographic photos of minors on his mobile phone during December 2025," the statement said.
The Police Directorate (UP) announced earlier today that thirty-five-year-old MM from Kosovo was arrested in Podgorica on suspicion of committing a criminal offense - exploiting children for pornography.
He is suspected of continuously obtaining and possessing pornographic photographs of minors over a long period of time.
