BP was sentenced to 30 days in prison for driving with almost five per mille of alcohol in his blood in Danilovgrad, Judge Ana Bokan, spokesperson for the Minor Offences Court in Podgorica, told "Vijesti".
"The Minor Offences Court in Podgorica - Danilovgrad Department sentenced the defendant BP to 30 days in prison for committing a misdemeanor under Article 317a, paragraph 1, item 3 in connection with Article 182 of the Road Traffic Safety Law, namely because on February 17, 2026, he participated in public transport, in a part of the Danilovgrad municipality, under the influence of alcohol in the body at a concentration of 4,88 g/kg," said Bokan.
She also said that BP was given three penalty points and a protective measure of a six-month ban on driving a category "B" vehicle by the same decision.
