The Misdemeanor Court sentenced LMJ to 15 days in prison for driving under the influence of cannabis, Judge Ana Bokan, spokesperson for the Misdemeanor Court in Podgorica, told "Vijesti".
As stated, he was participating in public transport in a part of the Podgorica municipality, under the influence of cannabis.
"With the same decision, the defendant was given three penalty points and a protective measure of a ban on driving a category 'B' motor vehicle for a period of four months," it was announced.
