"The First Billion" in the Courtroom: Trial Continues on Andrej Vučić's Lawsuit Against "Vijesti"

In the large courtroom of the Basic Court in Podgorica, correspondence from the Sky application, submitted to the court by the Special State Prosecutor's Office and the High Court in Podgorica, was reviewed on a video screen, during which the fugitive police officer Ljubo Milović and from Nikšić Miloš Božović, among other things, comment on how Andrej Vucic, brother of the President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, with a controversial businessman Call of the Veselinovićs allegedly "holds all the strings" and that they recently celebrated "the first billion euros earned".

This was done during the litigation following Andrej Vučić's lawsuit against "Vijesti", due to a text published in January 2024, in which the author of the article Jelena Jovanovic quoted correspondence from the Sky application in which Ljubo Milović and Miloš Božović commented on the security services in Montenegro and Serbia during 2020 and 2021, and then mentioned Andrej Vučić and Veselinović.

In addition to "Vijesti", journalist Jovanović and editors have also been sued Mihailo Jovovic and Danilo Mihajlovic, and the younger brother of the President of Serbia is seeking damages of 5.000 euros for injury to honor and reputation.

Judge Jelena Andjelic announced that the day before, the High Court, as well as the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT), had delivered to Sky ECC a communication made between the accused Ljubo Milović (PIN 5S7GLO) and PIN KRI7T8 with the accompanying CD.

The defendant journalist explained that Milović is registered under the submitted PIN, but also emphasized that Miloš Božović from Nikšić is hiding behind the submitted second PIN, although this is not stated in the files of the Higher Court and the SDT.

"From the Sky communication itself, he identifies himself in this communication and other communications... I did not question the identity of Miloš Božović as the second interlocutor and this is not the first time that journalists have identified someone who is one of the interlocutors in an event. For this reason, I suggest that the court contact either the SDT or Europol to provide information and complete communications, which stem from this PIN KRI7T8," the journalist explained.

During the review of the Sky ECC communication between the accused Ljubo Milović (PIN 5S7GLO) and PIN KRI7T8, located in the file named Ljubo Milović folder no. 0, the judge noted that the communication in the published text "Vijesti" is part of the correspondence dated March 4, 2021 at 8:50 p.m.

As was stated in the courtroom, two PINs on Sky have been used to comment on the situation in the two countries since September 2020, and one of the messages was sent on September 21, 2020, and then the courtroom reviewed the correspondence between Milović and Božović from December 25, 2020, where the man from Nikšić asks: "Did they extradite Elez? I can't believe it for Zvonko. He's in a fight with Andrej. In every way."

In December 2020, the message "Yes, yes, that's right. And Nevolja attacked Zvonko and now Zvonko wants to solve it. And the state doesn't like it and is watching it," was sent from PIN KRI7T8, as was stated in the courtroom.

The courtroom also noted that a message was sent from PIN KRI7T8 on March 4, 2021:

"Zvonko played through Andrej to get Nevolja and Marko out of the way, and for the one hanging out with the little guy to come in." Fishing son, that Rosavo". Then Milović's response was read, stating: "They say Zvonko and Andrej celebrated a billion almost", which he sent that night at 8:50 p.m.

To this, the man from Nikšić replies, "Yes, they are free. I follow him a little, his movements, just for fun. I have a lot of footage and pictures from the forest by helicopter, and BiH comes hunting from helicopters with Lukačem and so on", and a little later he adds: "Who knows when that will be useful".

The courtroom also reviewed the correspondence where Božović wrote: "My guys fought with Nevolja and the police for him and Andrej. So, I told you in July," and then a little later he added: "He wanted Stefi to weaken Vuček and become president."

That same night, Božović also relays information "about how they went hunting together by helicopter."

"Yes, yes, he and Lukač killed 7 chamois in one day 3-4 months ago. Everything is recorded, everything is filmed and monitored," and then added that they were flying without any permits.

The courtroom also noted that on PIN KRI7T8, on February 14, 2021, it was written: “Did you hear the buzzer? Vučić "He says they have everything, the DNA of the murdered fans, everything matched, he was talking about it on Hit Tvit," and then how the escaped policeman replies: "I read it in the newspaper. Pack up the scum and let them go to prison."

The interviewee then states: "They screwed up with those slaughters and I slaughtered this one." Rogalja "He participated for his brother-in-law. But I didn't torture him. I tied him up, slapped him a few times, told him everything, and when he told me, I used a knife but without tearing his ears off. But this brat thing that's popping up everywhere is not normal, hahahahaha."

During several months of correspondence, the man from Nikšić announces that he could "get the badge", and Milović replies: "I haven't had it for 4 years now, when I was on disciplinary leave", and then Božović tells him that he will give him his BIA badge, because "it's all alive".

After reviewing the correspondence, the judge accepted the proposal of the defendant journalist, who requested that the court officially obtain information from Europol under the name of PIN KRI7T8, which is in communication with PIN 5S7GLO, which is reasonably suspected to be the communication of Ljubo Milović.
