The former Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports announced that, at the invitation of Special Prosecutor Jovan Vukotić, she will attend the search of the phone that was seized from her during her arrest tomorrow (Thursday).
She said in a Facebook post that she did not provide the password to unlock the phone, and that she would not do so tomorrow either.
She also made insults against the Protector of Property and Legal Interests of Montenegro Bojana Ćirović and former Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić, as well as accusations against High Court judge Suzana Mugoša, Europe Now MP Miodrag Laković...
Bratić said that the phone, which she bought at the beginning of the year, "cannot contain anything related to the crime I am accused of."
"What it can be is private photos and conversations with close people," she said.
She added that it is known that Suzana Mugoša was sent to detention, and that she suspects "the conspiracy and the 'task' she was given."
"She accidentally started her tirade at the hearing with 'I'm not on assignment'? Her activity so far leaves me with no doubt that she and her friends will do everything to make my and my family's privacy public. After all, haven't they been doing that to people now too? Any disclosure of my family's and my privacy will be the responsibility of the leaders of SDT, SPO and, of course, Miodrag Laković. After this 'spectacle' is over, I will send the phone to Switzerland for an expert to determine whether it has already been opened," she said.
She added that she has reason to suspect that her phone has been opened, and that, if this is confirmed, she will file charges.
She also announced that she would submit a request to the ANB and the Police Directorate asking them to answer whether she was being followed and observed under suspicion of being part of an organized criminal group in the country or abroad.
"Have I been wiretapped and monitored since the formation of the NGO 'We Will Not Give Up Montenegro' until today, either by the state or some private group, and do they have any knowledge that I work for a domestic or foreign intelligence service or agency? The latter is especially important to me because I was once verbally accused by the head of my government (Zdravko Krivokapić) of working for the Serbian intelligence service..."
While insulting Ćirović, she added that "every day she holds office, the damage to the state increases in geometric progression."
