Budva police arrested Russian citizen SK (40) and Belarusian woman TS (50) after a woman from Budva reported them breaking into her vehicle and making love in broad daylight in the city center in front of children and passersby.
Last night, they were brought to the Budva Misdemeanor Court with a misdemeanor charge, which, as "Vijesti" has learned, imposed fines of 500 euros each and a measure of expulsion from the territory of Montenegro for one year.
As "Vijesti" was told, they were detained yesterday around 3:30 p.m. for behaving in a brazen, shameless and offensive manner in a public place, as they illegally entered a Budvanka vehicle.
According to the police report, a Russian citizen urinated on a Belarusian woman, after which the Budvanka woman warned them to leave her vehicle.
They then aggressively walked towards her with the intention of physically assaulting her, gesturing with their hands in her direction, refusing to leave the vehicle, after which, as stated in the report, they had sexual intercourse on the seat of the vehicle with the doors open, which disturbed citizens and children who were nearby and passing by the vehicle, thus committing violations under the Law on Public Order and Peace.
The misdemeanor court imposed the maximum legal penalties.
