Criminal charges against two people for forest theft in Pljevlja

Officers from the Pljevlja Security Department have filed criminal charges against PT (55) and MV (55) from that city on suspicion of illegally cutting down trees in the Maočnica area, the Police Directorate announced.

As stated, criminal charges were filed against the suspects in regular proceedings, upon the order of the acting prosecutor.

"Protecting the environment and natural resources of our country remains one of the priorities in the actions of Police Directorate officers," the statement said.
