Last night, as part of intensified activities and targeted control of members of organized crime groups (OKG), persons of operational interest (OIL) and persons associated with them, the Danilovgrad police searched several facilities used by Anja Pajović, Petar Jovanović, Snežana, Goran and Mitar Babić, "Vijesti" has learned.
According to the same information, three PVC packages containing a white powdery substance resembling cocaine and four electronic devices were found in the house used by alleged organized crime group member Anja Pajović and her common-law husband Petar Jovanović.
"Vijesti" has learned that the state prosecutor at the Higher State Prosecutor's Office has been informed of the incident, and has ordered an expert examination.
During a search of the family members of alleged OKG member Vuk Pajović, the police found dozens of pills from the list of opiates, "Vijesti" has learned.
"During a search of GB, a family member of one of the members of the organized crime group - VP, 60 buprenorphine tablets, 28 xalol tablets, 30 xanax tablets, 27 tablets of unknown composition (blue), 28 lagos tablets, as well as one bottle with an unknown white liquid were found and seized. The state prosecutor at the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica was also informed of the above, who ordered that after the completion of official measures and actions, the case files be submitted for assessment and opinion," the Police Directorate announced.
They add that during a search of Snežana Babić, a member of the Pajović family, two grinders with remains of green plant matter resembling the narcotic drug marijuana were found.
"During the criminal investigation, the person MB, also a family member, told police officers that the aforementioned items belonged to him, and police officers, after conducting appropriate expert examinations, will file a request to initiate misdemeanor proceedings against him in accordance with Article 52 of the Law on the Prevention of Drug Abuse," the police announced.
