This morning, at around 10:40 a.m., a police patrol stopped a Tuzanin who was driving a special "Crafter" work vehicle near the bus station on Popa Jola Zeca Street in Budva. He was subjected to testing using means and methods for determining the presence of psychoactive substances, and the test showed the presence of the psychoactive substances cocaine and cannabis.

By doing so, he committed a violation of the Traffic Safety Act.
