The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić, after questioning, ordered the detention of police officer Vladimir Jović (42) for up to 72 hours, due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of loan sharking.
His brother Aleksandar Jović (36) was also detained due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of usury by aiding and abetting.
"There is a reasonable suspicion that JV lent money to AN and in doing so agreed on a disproportionate material benefit in the form of interest, and that AJ assisted him in committing the criminal offense," the ODT announced.
