In a traffic accident on the Bijelo Polje - Prijepolje main road in the town of Potkrajci, several people were injured, one of them seriously, in a collision between two cars, "Vijesti" has learned.

After the traffic accident that occurred at 8:40 a.m., both vehicles went off the road.

Driver Kevin Selimovic (24) was seriously injured and his life is in danger, "Vijesti" was told by the Bijelo Polje hospital.

"The patient was brought in unconscious and his life is in danger, treatment and diagnostics are underway," the hospital added.

The driver of the other car, Almir Bojadžić, suffered minor injuries.

"The traffic accident occurred at 8.40 in the village of Potkrajci, Bijelo Polje municipality. Two vehicles were involved. The 'BMW' vehicle was moving from the direction of Potkrajci towards Sutivan, driven by KS, while the 'Jeep' vehicle was moving from the opposite direction and was driven by AB. Both persons were transferred to the General Hospital in Bijelo Polje for medical assistance," the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Bijelo Polje told "Vijesti".
