Three criminal charges filed for causing serious and minor bodily harm in Bijelo Polje and Berane

Police officers from the Regional Security Center "North" have filed criminal charges against three people for causing serious and minor bodily harm in separate cases in Bijelo Polje and Berane.

"A criminal complaint has been filed with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje against AF from Mojkovac, who is suspected of the crime of grievous bodily harm, which he committed by physically attacking the injured person, striking him in the head and body, causing him serious bodily injuries in the form of a fractured lower jaw, nasal bone and other injuries to the body," the police statement said.

The police said that criminal charges have also been filed with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Berane against AJ and TN.

"AJ is suspected of committing the crime of grievous bodily harm by, after a brief verbal argument, striking the injured party several times in the head, causing him serious bodily injuries described in the specialist doctor's report, while TN is suspected of committing the crime of slight bodily harm to the detriment of a natural person," the statement concludes.
