Due to suspicion that he shot at the girls, criminal charges were filed against Emir Kuč from Bjelopolje yesterday, and several weapons and ammunition were seized from him, the Police Directorate announced.

As they said, their officers yesterday, acting on a report from the principal of the "Dušan Korać" Elementary School, to whom three female students reported that an unknown male had shot in their direction. person from the window of the house, took urgent measures and actions and identified EK from Bijelo Polje, a multiple returnee in the commission of drug-related crimes.

The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje has ordered the Police Directorate to file a criminal complaint against Emir Kuč, a multiple returnee from Bijelo Polje, on suspicion that he shot at three female students of the "Dušan Korać" Elementary School yesterday, the ODT told "Vijesti", specifying that EK is suspected of the criminal offense of causing general danger.

"After official measures and actions were taken and information was collected from this person, a criminal complaint was filed against him, by order of the state prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje, on suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of endangering the safety of three minors," the statement said.

It is suspected that yesterday, while the injured parties were walking down the street, EK fired a projectile in their direction from the window of the house where he was staying, using a currently unknown weapon, thereby endangering their safety.

"Taking further urgent measures and actions to prevent violence and the consequences caused by the use of weapons, police officers searched the apartment and other premises used by EK, during which the following were found and temporarily seized: two hunting rifles of unknown make and caliber, a 'Remo' rifle, a 'Hatsan' air rifle, an 'FN Browning' pistol, a gas pistol of unknown make and caliber, 380 rounds of ammunition of various types and calibers, two spare frames for the pistol, an optical sight and a gas mask," they announced.

They add that the state prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje has been informed of the incident, and has ordered that the necessary expert examinations be carried out on the seized weapons at the Forensic Center in Danilovgrad, after which they will make a statement on the possible legal qualification of the criminal offense.

ODT: EK endangered the safety of several people by using an air gun

"The duty prosecutor of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje was informed by the Police Directorate - OB Bijelo Polje that yesterday in Bijelo Polje, on Lala Vuksanovića Street, at around 15:00 p.m., the reported EK from Bijelo Polje used an air pistol and thus endangered the safety of several people who were passing through that street at that moment," the ODT statement reads.

The pistol in question was seized from EK. After the evidence was collected and the prosecutor's notice and binding orders were issued, the Police Directorate - Bijelo Polje Police Station was ordered to file criminal charges against EK for the criminal offense of endangering security.

Furthermore, after a search of the family home, several firearms were found in the possession of his father, NK, for which, according to the information available from the Police Directorate, he possesses firearms licenses, and which weapons will be the subject of further expert examination, so after the evidence collected and other actions taken to establish and clarify this criminal matter, the acting prosecutor will declare whether NK's actions contain elements of a criminal offense for which prosecution is being undertaken ex officio.
