Three minors were caught drinking alcohol in bars, which is why requests were filed with the misdemeanor court to initiate misdemeanor proceedings against their parents for neglect.
As announced by the Police Directorate, appropriate requests for initiating misdemeanor proceedings have been filed against the responsible and legal entities of the catering facilities, in cooperation with the Tourist Inspection.
The police stated that over the weekend, they carried out planned preventive activities in most municipalities in Montenegro.
These activities were aimed at increased control of persons of operational interest (OIL) and members of organized criminal groups (OKG), with a special emphasis on maintaining stable public order, improving road traffic safety, preventing the commission of criminal offenses and misdemeanors, identifying perpetrators of criminal offenses, as well as finding objects that originate from criminal offenses or can be used to commit them.
"As part of the activities carried out, in the area of regional security centers (Center, West, North and South), over the past weekend, 187 facilities were inspected - 155 catering establishments and 32 sports betting and casinos, with around 3.000 persons being inspected, including 101 persons of operational interest," the police announced.
It is added that drugs were found and seized, as well as objects suitable for an attack - knives and hand sprays.
