Two minors, both 16 years old, are suspected of violent behavior and unauthorized photography of a girl two years younger.
As announced by the Police Directorate, the Podgorica Security Department was reported that on April 25, in the hallway of a building on Bulevar Svetog Petra Cetinjskog, a fight occurred in which one minor physically attacked another, and that the entire event was recorded on a mobile phone and forwarded as a video via the social network Snapchat.
"Police officers took measures and actions within their jurisdiction, identified the participants in the event – two 16-year-old minors – and collected information from them about the circumstances of this event. It is suspected that the first reported minor, 16 years old, committed the criminal offenses of violent behavior and unauthorized photography, by disturbing public order and peace on April 25, at around 22 p.m., on Svetog Petra Cetinjskog Boulevard in Podgorica and committing violence against the injured minor, 14 years old, by knocking her down on a concrete surface after a brief verbal argument, and then punching and kicking her several times in the head and body, as a result of which the injured party sustained bodily injuries," the police announced.
It is added that on the same day, after the physical attack, she forwarded a video of the physical attack on the injured party to another minor from her phone and through her Snapchat account.
"The second reported minor, also 16 years old, is suspected of the criminal offense of unauthorized photography, which she is suspected of committing by making an unauthorized video recording on a mobile phone on the specified date, at around 22 p.m., showing a physical attack on the injured party by the first reported minor," it was announced.
