Former Zeta and Dečić football player Mladen Madjo Kaluđerović died yesterday at the age of 44 in the Plavnica Canal.
The accident occurred when the vessel capsized.
The people of Zeća say goodbye to their fellow citizen.
"A cheerful spirit, honesty and honor are epithets that were associated with Magja, and this was known to everyone who knew him," reports the Zeta portal.
He left a big mark on the club from Trešnjica.
"As a footballer for FK Zeta, he defended its colors spartanly, selflessly and with a lot of love. He was always among the favorite people in every society. Unfortunately, his short life ended tragically and left behind a family, including two proud sons, Mihajlo and Pavle. Rest in peace, Majo, Zeta will not forget you," FK Zeta announced.
And in Tuzi they are saying goodbye to Kaluđerović.
"As a player of FK Dečić, he wore the blue and white jersey with pride, heart and respect, as if he were a native of Tužana and a child of the club. Such people never die - they remain in the hearts of all who loved and respected them. Eternal glory and thanks for everything, legend of Dečić and Zeta. May the Montenegrin land be easy for you," Dečić announced.
