Phone messages from the group accused of murder Scepana Roganovicand they show that the team was planning another murder just a few days after the crime in Herceg Novi, while some of them were illegally crossing the border, fleeing from the police, and while they were frantically looking for a way to silence the first person to be arrested.
Šćepan Roganović was killed on February 13, 2020, and eight days later, the Skaljari Krsto Vujić i Mili Bajramović they agree to take the life of another member of that family - Duska, who lost both legs three years earlier after the Golf he was driving exploded.
While one of the leaders of that criminal clan Igor Vukotić He pulls the strings and illegally "introduces" Bajramović, now accused of being the direct perpetrator of the murder, from one country to another in the surrounding countries. Vujić is constantly in touch with him and tells him that the situation is difficult, but that there is no turning back...
"Brother, there's no going back, now we'll have to force ourselves until summer." Dule "...scabs," writes the now deceased Vujić on February 21, 2020.
Bajramović replies that there is no going back, but asks how they can approach Roganović.
"And of course there's no going back, but I'm telling you how important it was, you're only seeing it now. We're going to, we have to. And how do we get him," Bajramović asks.
Vujić says that Duško has to start going out, because "there is no one left to replace Šćepa with the work."
"Brother, if we do that, it's unfeasible anymore, we barely did this, and off we go," adds Bajramović, alluding that one of the team has already been arrested and that the ring around them is tightening.
In their correspondence, they recount how badly they did their first job - that the police immediately found a stolen apartment and a vehicle and arrested Miloš Đuričković, who would later be a cooperating witness in the murder trial. Scepan Roganovic.
"They came to our apartment right away... Who will rent apartments anymore and where?" asks Bajramović.
His interlocutor, however, does not give up on the idea:
"Now I'll force Gora to do it this summer, and we'll help him because I know where and what not to go down there."
The accused organizer of the criminal group then adds that for this job "you have to wait until summer, because that's when it's crowded."
Bajramović suggests that he push the story, and then says that he agrees that they should wait until summer.
"If necessary, drop a drone into his house... Fly a drone with explosives into his house," says Bjaramović.
"Something needs to be organized, because when he leaves - that's the end of the Roganovićs," Vujić states.
Bajramović says he disagrees with this, stating that the Kavač clan will take revenge for this and lists their names: "A, Zurovac, Gli, Mujo"...
"When they are left without financiers, it will be more difficult for them to do all this," says Novljanin.
"Duško must be killed as soon as possible, but I don't know how... If there are those ninjas, Goro," Bajramović adds.
Vujić says he's looking to kill two birds with one stone - both to get revenge and to "extinguish" them.
"I'm looking at revenge and extinguishing them, brother," he writes, adding that there will be someone to avenge them, but that nothing will be the same again: "That's true, but it's not the same when Dule leaves."
How can you fall asleep?
Messages from the Sky app show that almost all of those later accused in the murder case of Šćepan Roganović communicate simultaneously - each with each other, but also in group chats.
Bajramović occasionally corresponds with Igor Vukotić and Vujić - the former encourages him to persevere and tells him who will wait for him where and in which block of flats he will stay, while the latter seems quite uninterested, which drives the latter crazy.
However, it is also clear from the correspondence that no one trusts anyone...
Vujić briefly informs Bajramović that he has to go to a new apartment, and the latter replies that they are already driving him there, but that he doesn't actually know where he is going.
"I'm going, brother, let's ride... But where am I going, to whom, just tell me."
Vujić tells him to go to an empty apartment - "there's no one there, you don't even have anything to cover yourself with."
"Brother, this is not the time to hide something from me, because I can see that Boka is also distant... Don't say whose apartment it is."
The interlocutor convinces him that it is the apartment of a girl who no longer lives there and that the combination is 100 percent safe.
"Okay, brother. I'm tripping, I don't know where I am."
Bajramović asks him to inform him of everything that is happening in Montenegro - what the police know about the case, what is happening with Đuričković, and what the media is publishing.
Vujić tells him to go to sleep.
"Brother, I'm going to sleep, I'm dead."
"How can you sleep? I don't have the strength for anything, but I can't sleep, there's no chance, until I find out everything."
"Brother, there's nothing left for tonight," Vujić replies.
"And how are you going to sleep, brother, if I could, I would jump out of my skin... If we had taken a risk, well, go ahead, but we were counting on safety and that it was all over... The worst feeling in the world, brother," writes Bajramović.
"Bro, I'm going to sleep like a baby now... Come on, take a pill and you fall asleep," Vujić concludes.
Murder indictment
In the case of the murder of Šćepan Roganović, two court proceedings were merged.
The Special State Prosecutor's Office filed the first indictment in October 2020, and the defendants at that time were Vujić, Bajramović, Miloš Đuričković, Igor D. Glavaš, Dino A. Ibrahimović, and Miloš B. Komar.
The second indictment from September 2023 charged Igor V. Vukotić, Slavko Radulović, Miloš Ž. Gvozdenović and Marko T. Radović from Hereg Novi.
The indictment alleges that in the second half of 2019 and throughout 2020, they became members of Krsto Vujić's criminal organization.
The prosecutor alleges that in order to carry out a criminal plan, Vujić, Đuričković, Bajramović and Glavaš treacherously killed Šćepan Roganović in Herceg Novi on February 13, 2020, in an accomplice and pursuant to a prior agreement.
"Bajramović Mili intentionally killed Šćepan Roganović in a treacherous manner, by coming armed with a firearm to the park with the bust of Simo Matavulj, waiting for the arrival of the injured party Šćepan Roganović who was descending the stairs from the direction of the Kanli Tower towards Nikola Đurković Square, and suddenly, in a busy place, when the injured party was not expecting it, approached him with quick steps and without talking or verbal conflict, fired several projectiles from a 'red flag' pistol, six of which hit him. After which the accused Bajramović fled in the direction of Bokeške brigade Street, where the accused Vujić Krsto was waiting for him on a 'pjađo' motorcycle, after which both of them drove away on the said motorcycle to the place Sasoviće, where they set fire to the said motorcycle and the pistol," the document states.
The group's messages after the murder show distrust, paranoia, but also rapid action to escape - illegally crossing borders in the surrounding area, finding empty apartments, as well as the intention to silence a potential witness cooperating with the prosecution at all costs...
Death in Barcelona
Forty-four-year-old Vujić was seriously wounded in an armed attack that took place in Barcelona on April 14, 2026, and died from his injuries a few days later.
According to local media, the attack took place on the terrace of a bar where he was sitting with his partner and minor son.
According to the same information, three masked attackers approached him from behind and fired at least five shots at close range, four of which hit him.
Witnesses described a horrific scene - Vujić fell to the ground in a pool of blood, while passersby and bystanders tried to provide him with first aid before the arrival of emergency services.
The attackers then quickly fled.
The Catalan police, Mossos d'Esquadra, immediately launched an investigation and secured the area around the attack, but so far there is no information on the identity of the perpetrators or any arrests.
