Less than a month after the elections in which the Democratic Party of Socialists lost power after three decades of rule, an official of that party Milos Nikolic and the accused head of the so-called Grand Clan Aleksandar Mijajlovic They announced that their fight was yet to come, commenting on the election campaign conducted on social networks.
Mijajlović asked Nikolić to "match all networks", to open multiple accounts, for all to be Montenegrin, and only one or two to be "openly party-related", but also to use all means - permitted and prohibited.
This follows from the indictment of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT), which claims that Mijajlović's criminal organization influenced political power, the media, the executive branch, and other important social factors.
They explain that this is determined from the communications that Mijajlović had with other defendants - the former Minister of Defense Predrag Bošković, suspended senior state prosecutor Andrijana Nastic, high-ranking police and secret service officials Drago Spičanović, Milovan Pavićević i Vladan Lazović, then with representatives of political parties in Montenegro, as well as with representatives of the media...
The prosecution's files cited numerous messages that were continuously exchanged between Mijajlović and Nikolić, including those in which the politician asks the now-indicted businessman for a loan and gets a car, a tiler, but also those in which he sends prepared "journalistic" questions for the current Minister of the Interior. Danilo Saranovic, as well as messages about harmonizing the colors of Mportal with the colors of DPS, changes in the editorial position in that portal...
Special prosecutors also cited in the indictment messages exchanged between the duo via WhatsApp on September 26, 2020. On that day, Nikolić sent Mijajlović a photo and the message: “I dug this up. Gojko Liješević"Democratic official"...
"Yaaaah, let him shoot him right away," Mijajlović replied, and Nikolić wrote to him:
"Now we're playing for this Liješević who attended, something for Krivokapić and we've played this for Bata in BD."
"Bravo!!!!", Mijajlović wrote to him.
Continuing his communication, Nikolić announced the creation of an army on social networks.
"We now need to create an army on social media that works like clockwork. Something like Bemax on the internet. The center of the fight is here, because our elders don't understand that we are at war. But a hybrid one," was the message sent by a DPS official.
Mijajlović then expressed his objections to the campaign and a proposal for improving "defense" on the internet:
"The networks have destroyed us. The system was desperate. And there are plenty of young people who would work for the party. A few of you have to match and control that. Match all the networks, with multiple accounts and names. And only Montenegro, one or two to be openly party, and the rest all Montenegrin."
"We had a problem during the campaign because their networks were being run by a serious outside team, who also worked on Trump's 2016 election with fake news, meme pages, propaganda, etc. All of that is prohibited by FB rules, but they had the ability to do it, and they shut everything down for us. Pages, accounts through which we ran the pages, even phone numbers that were registered for the account. All of that shows what resources were invested in this and how important the hybrid is. But there will be elections and now it's time for us to set up a war infrastructure for some upcoming elections. We are writing a report on these events with which we will inform the public and embassies and perhaps even launch a parliamentary investigation," Nikolić justified himself.
"The fight is just beginning. We must use all means. Both permitted and prohibited. I prefer the latter," wrote Mijajlović, and Nikolić replied:
"I think we lacked those others, which is why we ended up in this situation. We were too big democrats."
"We have built a solid army"
The duo also communicated about their activities on social networks on July 1, 2022, when Nikolić almost submitted a report:
"We've built a solid army. Both for Twitter and Facebook. I'm still working on Facebook. I'll soon take over some 15 Montenegrin groups. And I have about 8 pages, 9 more are opening. And hundreds of profiles. But we'll strengthen them even more."
"Dude!!! That's the only way to get something done," Mijajlović replied, after which Nikolić outlined the tactics.
"And we have a clear way of working. Joksim or Radosav initiate it. They comment first. And they forward it to the others. And then all hell breaks loose."
He doesn't remember wanting to defend Peter.
Nikolić is being questioned by a special state prosecutor. Ivana Vukasevic Petrušic He said that he and Mijajlović are personal and family friends, that their families have been neighbors on Glava Zeta for more than 100 years. He did not know what kind of business Mijajlović was involved in, but he said that he believed it was legal and that it would remain so “until a final judgment confirming the opposite.”
He told the prosecutor that they most often saw each other in private and talked about politics, social events, the business environment, sports, family, plans, and exchanged thousands of messages.
He also stated that he could not conclude that Mijajlović owned any portal or media, and that he did not remember whether they discussed publishing details about the private lives of certain individuals, as well as communication about the bot network on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. He pointed out that he personally knows Petra Lazovicbut he couldn't remember talking to Mijajlović about opening accounts on social networks that would put the policeman's guilt into perspective.
He also claimed that he had never asked any MP not to mention it in public appearances. Ljub Milović, whom he met in May or June 2021. He told the prosecutor that he had been driving Mijajlović's BMW 5 for a year and that with his help he had moved to the Master Quarter, but that he owed rent.

The DPS official was also concerned about the situation in which the accused secret agent Petar Lazović found himself at the beginning of 2023...
"This has all gotten really complicated for P in PM," he wrote to Mijajlović on January 2, 2023.
"Yes. I'm afraid she'll leave him," Mijajlović replied, after which Nikolić wrote.
"So at least they can take this first thing off him, then give him detention based on this, and then this can be taken off again over time," Nikolić wrote.
"Yes, but don't let him go and immediately bring him back in... Because this other thing they're charging him with is too serious," Mijajlović replied, and Nikolić replied:
"Exactly... His and R's messages, but after everything that happened... I can't possibly accuse him of what Vijesti is saying, that he located them... Only maybe that he obstructed the investigation."
Three days before that correspondence, Vijesti, citing an order to conduct an investigation, announced that Petar Lazović and fugitive police officer Ljubo Milović participated in organizing the murder of high-ranking members of the Skalja crime clan, Alan Kožar and Damir Hadžić, on July 23, 2020 in Corfu.
In July 2023, Nikolić informed Mijajlović by message that the Court of Appeals of Serbia had "overthrew Sky", to which the latter sent a link to that decision and the message: "Yess
Nikolić prepared questions for journalists for Šaranović
At the end of June 2023, a DPS official sent Mijajlović prepared questions for ETV journalists to ask the then Deputy Mayor of Podgorica, Danilo Šaranović...
The messages in which the two of them agree on an "action" were cited in the indictment against Mijajlović's criminal group.
"Tomorrow this bastard Šaranović will file a complaint against Ace out of pure reason... And there's a press conference at 10... Is anyone going with E, pure, to ask a couple of questions if they're there?" Nikolić wrote to Mijajlović on June 25, 2023.
"I'll ask right away... Send me questions," came the reply, after which Nikolić sent them.
"Did they check how many and what kind of controls there were in the previous period - tax, labor, public procurement inspection, Police Directorate, Special Prosecutor's Office and what were the results - the findings? How did they manage to determine these 'illegalities' in 8 days, who did it, with what qualifications? Everything is based on some statements written at the personal request of the president of the board of directors who does not have those rights, because the board is a collective body," Nikolić wrote.
Mijajlović replied: "Sent it immediately... But Sonja is probably sleeping... She will go, she confirmed it for me"...
