The leader of the Civic Movement URA and former Prime Minister Dritan Abazović announced that the Ulcinj Basic Court ruled in his favor in the dispute initiated against him by Ranko Ubović and Aleksandar Mijajlović.
"In the name of the people - the mafia once again defeated in court. Yesterday, the Basic Court in Ulcinj, in a decision in case number 114/23, which the company "Bemax", namely Ranko Ubović and Aco Mijajlović, initiated against me, ruled in my favor. Once again, it turned out that everything I said, which referred to the top of the pyramid of organized crime, was absolutely true," Abazović wrote on Facebook.
He added that he was proud that "despite many obstructions, he unmasked the twisted system and made citizens find out who the people who created the criminal image of our country are."
"There is still much that will see the light of day - we are only halfway there. The evidence is safe! The hand of justice will not stop, regardless of the propaganda, subterfuge and everything they have organized against my littleness, my colleagues, but also all other honest individuals who have been fighting for the truth for years, and there are actually not many of them in Montenegro. Even today, we witness various correspondences and processes every day, and this is only a small part of what the criminal octopus has done to the detriment of the budget and citizens of Montenegro. But no rush - the truth always finds its way! Thank you to all the good people for the great support! Let's move on, the best is ahead of us," Abazović wrote.
Abazović had previously accused Ubović and Lazović of involvement in serious crimes, which they denied and sued Abazović.
