The Budva Protection and Rescue Service team rescued a young Polish woman who fell from a cliff and sustained injuries on Mogren 2 beach.
As "Vijesti" was told, the young female tourists from Poland were walking down from the Mogren Fortress to the beach of the same name at the foot of the hill.
One of the girls lost her balance and fell, hitting her head on a rock.
The rescue operation began from the city's Port, where members of the Budva Security Department, firefighters, and an ambulance team were on site.
Firefighters tried to approach the beach by boat, but gave up due to the waves.
Then they set off from the Mogren Fortress and went down to the beach itself, from where they pulled the injured girl out in their arms.
She was immediately given medical attention.
The injuries are not life-threatening.
