At the request of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT), the Court of Appeals permanently confiscated the Porsche Cayenne due to suspicion that IT acquired the luxury four-wheeler through criminal activity.

This was announced by the SDT, stating that the judges of the Court of Appeal rejected the appeal of the defendant's defense attorney and upheld the decision of the High Court.

"The Court of Appeals of Montenegro, by its decision Kvsž no. 93/26, dated May 7 this year, rejected the appeal of the defense counsel of the convicted IT, against the decision of the Higher Court in Podgorica Kvs no. 821/24, dated November 4 last year, issued upon the request for permanent seizure of property of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, by which the passenger vehicle 'Porsche Cayene', 3.0 Diesel, registered to another person, was permanently seized from the convicted person. The vehicle was permanently seized because it was determined that it was acquired through criminal activity and because the convicted person was finally found guilty of the criminal offenses of creating a criminal organization and unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs," the SDT said.

The statement states that with the final conclusion of the proceedings for permanent seizure of property, the vehicle has become the property of Montenegro.
