One person was arrested, and weapons, drugs, vehicles and money were seized in a major operation conducted by the Police Directorate in the Kotor and Tivat areas, with the support of the Special Police Unit and in cooperation with the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT), searching dozens of facilities used by the fugitive head of the Kavača cell of the Balkan drug cartel, Radoje Zvicer, and other members of that criminal clan.

By order of the state prosecutor, criminal charges will be filed against NK at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Kotor on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of illegal possession and carrying of weapons and explosives," the police said.

A search was also conducted of the house (villa) of Radoje Zvicer and an apartment building, and a vehicle, a handheld radio, a metal extendable baton, two tasers, electronic devices, a drone and other items were seized from Zvicer's wife Tamara, while a search of the house used by BK found and temporarily seized: a crossbow, ballistic vests and two vehicles.
