A helicopter from the Ministry of the Interior's (MUP) Air Helicopter Unit made an emergency landing today near the local Gusinje - Grebaje road after a technical failure occurred during a rescue operation.
The Ministry of the Interior announced that the helicopter was engaged through the Operations and Communications Center, when due to an unforeseen technical failure, the crew was forced to land in the area of the Gusinje municipality.
According to the Ministry of Interior, no one was injured in the incident, and the crew members landed the helicopter safely.
"There was no damage to the aircraft or third party property, and the crew members landed the helicopter safely," the Ministry of the Interior said.
The Ministry of the Interior emphasized that thanks to the composure and professional conduct of the crew, the helicopter was safely landed and that the incident passed without consequences, adding that all measures and actions are being taken to determine the circumstances under which the forced landing occurred.
