The body of a 27-year-old hiker from Serbia, who was being searched for after she fell into a ravine in Prokletije on Saturday, was found and pulled out today around 15 p.m., Sead Radončić, head of the Gusinje Municipality Protection and Rescue Service, confirmed to Television Vijesti.
Radončić said that members of the Mountain Rescue Service and the Helicopter Unit of the Army of Montenegro continued the search today at around 11 am and after several hours of searching the terrain, they found the body of the deceased hiker.
The on-site investigation in the Grebaja Valley was conducted by the duty prosecutor of the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Plav.
On Saturday, around 13 p.m., SR fell from a cliff into a 250-meter-deep chasm on the Albanian side of the inaccessible Maja Zastanit peak.
