The Prosecutorial Council (PC) did not make a decision on his appointment as Special State Prosecutor after interviewing one registered candidate, lawyer Igor Konatar.
Instead, the TS decided to re-publish, for the third time, a public advertisement for eight special prosecutors in the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT).
"The Council has decided to re-announce a public advertisement for the selection of eight special prosecutors in the Special State Prosecutor's Office," the TS statement reads.
At the session, interviews were conducted with four candidates who applied for the vacancy announcement for the position of state prosecutor in the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Bijelo Polje.
Three complaints against the work of state prosecutors and heads of state prosecutors' offices were reviewed in terms of the legality of their work, and an opinion was given that two complaints were unfounded, and a decision was made for one complaint to be forwarded to the Commission for the Code of Ethics of State Prosecutors for further action.
