By order of the state prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Cetinje, S. Đ. was arrested on reasonable suspicion that she committed the criminal offense of attempting to prevent an official from performing an official act, to the detriment of police officers of the Police Directorate.
As announced by the ODT, there is a reasonable suspicion that S. Đ. physically attacked the police officers during their actions, using threatening and offensive words, thereby attempting to prevent them from performing their official duties.
After the hearing, the state prosecutor issued a decision to detain the suspect for 72 hours from the moment of her deprivation of liberty.
