Polish citizen FK (31) was fined 1.000 euros for driving under the influence of alcohol.
This decision, as confirmed to Vijesti by the President of the Budva Minor Offences Court, Marko Đukanović, was made by the judge of the Ulcinj department, Anka Rašović.
The Ulcinj police filed a misdemeanor charge against a Polish citizen, who was detained yesterday at around 2:30 p.m. because he was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of 1,99 per mille of alcohol in his blood on the Ulcinj-Ada regional road in the town of Donji Štoj.
By doing so, he committed a violation of the Road Traffic Safety Act.
Judge Rašović also imposed a protective measure of a three-month ban on driving a category "B" motor vehicle on the territory of Montenegro.
