The vehicle of the murdered was torn apart with a grinder: What is written in the recently confirmed indictment against Boban Milić

Podgorica Boban Milić was in charge of removing biological traces and moving vehicles used during the murders Damir Hodžić i Adis Spahić, kidnappings Milo Radulović called Captain, but also possession of a large quantity of weapons and ammunition, according to the indictment of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT).

That document was submitted to the Special Department of the Higher Court in Podgorica in early March, and the indictment was confirmed last month.

It is explained that the leader of this criminal group is - Radoje Switzerland, instructions To Milic transmitted through also the accused When Kilibarde, and that he accepted the task of destroying the vehicle in which Hodžić and Spahić came to the meeting in Spuž on October 14, 2020, when they were caught in a trap.

It is alleged that Kilibarda, in encrypted communications, informed him that the implementation of the criminal plan had begun, that is, that Radulović had been kidnapped, that the two Barans had been killed, and that their vehicle needed to be destroyed.

It says that Milić, following the instructions of the defendant Kilibarda, went to Spuž in the afternoon of the same day together with the defendant Aleksandar Dragićević, where they took over the vehicle after Stevan Kraljević and Aleksandar Ljumović had transported the remains of the injured parties in it and hidden them in the village of Zagreda in the Municipality of Danilovgrad...

It is alleged that Dragićević was driving the vehicle, and that Milić was in the passenger seat at the time - when, passing by the Mill in Spuž, and then through the Podgorica settlement of Tološi, they drove the vehicle and hid it together in a garage in the settlement of Vranići, where, according to Kilibarda's instructions, they, together with the defendant Zoran Kažić, cut up the vehicle in order to remove biological traces and evidence...

"Using grinders, electric saws and other tools, they cut up the vehicle between October 15 and 23, 2020, stored the cut-up parts in a wooden house next to the garage, and transported the remains of the vehicle in a white van and hid them in an unknown location," the indictment against Milić states.

Veljko Belivuk, Marko Miljković, Ratko Živković, Nebojša Janković, Stevan Kraljević, Slobodan Kašćelan, Nenad Kaluđerović, Darko Prelević, Davor Perović, Blagoje Gašić, Dejan Gašić, Nikša Perović, Miloš Radonjić, Vladimir Vučković, Petar Đurović, Rade Garović, Mersudin Čalaković, Marko Kilibarda, Aleksandar Paunović, Nikola Spasojević, Radovan Mujović, Milan Knežević, Aleksandar Dragićević, Zoran Kažić, Aleksandar Ljumović, Borko and Bojan Bešović were previously accused of participating in this crime.

Under the second count of the indictment, Milić is charged with illegal possession of weapons - it states that during the first half of September 2020, in a garage in Vranići, without the appropriate weapons document, he illegally possessed a large quantity of firearms, ammunition and automatic firearms.

The Special State Prosecutor's Office claims that, among other things, he illegally possessed an RPG-7 hand-held anti-tank rocket launcher with two rocket grenades, silencers, several pistols of different manufacturers and calibers, an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle with a silencer, a Czech pistol, a revolver, an Israeli-made Uzi M97 assault rifle with a frame, as well as a large amount of pistol ammunition.

The prosecution also alleges that he photographed some of the weapons and sent them to another person via the encrypted SKY ECC application.

"On September 10, 2020, through the encrypted SKY ECC application as a pin user ... he informed the defendant MK.. by sending him several photos showing the described firearm, ammunition and silencer, thereby committing the criminal offense of illegal possession of weapons and explosives," the indictment signed by him states. Zoran Vučinić.

An earlier indictment against a multi-member group alleged that Radoje Zvicer ordered the kidnapping of Hodžić at the end of July 2020 because he believed that, as one of the close associates of the previously murdered Alan Kožar, he knew where the latter was hiding money and drugs.

"Radoje Zvicer, as the organizer, between the end of July and the second half of August 2020, ordered the defendants Radoje Živković, Milan Vujotić, Dragan Knežević, Marko Miljković and Veljko Belivuk to find and, at a suitable opportunity, kidnap, and then in a treacherous manner, out of ruthless revenge, base motives - intolerance and hatred and in order to establish dominance, deprive the members of the opposing criminal organization, Milo Radulović and Damir Hodžić, of their lives," the indictment states.

When he reached for the gun...

The SDT states that the defendant Dragan Knežević, through the group chat of the encrypted telephone communication application SKY ECC, sent photos of Radulović and Hodžić to other members of the group in order to familiarize them with the physical appearance of the targets.

Then, allegedly, on Zvicer's orders, Ratko Živković took advantage of his godfather connections with Radulović and lured him to an alleged meeting at his house in Spuž on October 14, 2020.

On the same day, Hodžić also comes to the "meeting".

In the meantime, Mersudin Čolaković transported Belivuk, Miljković, Janković and another three-member group from Tutin to Rožaje in an off-road vehicle, bypassing the border crossings.

The first to arrive at the mill in Spuž, on October 14, 2020, was Radulović, who was greeted by his best man Živković. Radulović was driven by his groom Stevo Latković in an “Audi A6” at 12:47 p.m. That day, and four minutes later, Hodžić arrived, driven by his son-in-law Adis Spahić in an “Audi A4.”

Immediately upon entering the house, after Ratko Živković and Nebojša Janković had sat down with Radulović, Hodžić and Spahić, Belivuk, Miljković, Paunović and Kilibarda entered the living room. Belivuk and Miljković attacked Hodžić. When Hodžić reached for the gun while Belivuk held him on the floor with his hands, Marko Kilibarda fired several bullets at him, killing him on the spot.

Paunović, Miljković, Belivuk and Janković then attacked Spahić and Radulović. Paunović kicked Spahić in the head several times, and Radulović hit him on the right side of his face with a “heckler”, after which their hands and legs were tied with adhesive tape. On that day, Adis Spahić was killed with a firearm of an unknown brand and caliber, while Belivuk and Miljković drove Radulović from Spuži to a house with apartments in the village of Sutvara - Kotor Municipality, which was ceded by Nikša and Davor Perović, the indictment states.
