Ulcinj police officers arrested Serbian citizen SB (24) from Belgrade on suspicion of driving under the influence of three types of narcotics, but also because two small packages of marijuana were found in his possession, after which the misdemeanor judge sentenced him to three months in prison.
This was announced by the Police Administration.
As they said, officers stopped and checked a passenger motor vehicle with Ulcinj license plates on Teuta Boulevard in Ulcinj, driven by SB.
"During the control, SB was tested for the presence of psychoactive substances in his body, which determined that he was driving under the influence of several types of narcotics - cannabis, cocaine and methamphetamine. Further control found two small packages of marijuana on SB. SB was deprived of his liberty due to violations of the Road Traffic Safety Act and the Law on the Prevention of Drug Abuse, after which he was taken to the misdemeanor judge of the Ulcinj Department," the statement said.
They add that, after the proceedings were conducted, the misdemeanor judge in Ulcinj sentenced the Serbian citizen to three months in prison.
