The Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Bar has proposed ordering the detention of RS due to a traffic accident in which a minor Polish citizen was seriously injured.
The ODT in Bar announced that RS is suspected of committing a serious crime against the safety of public transport.
"On Saturday, in the town of Šušanj, in the municipality of Bar, the suspect was driving a passenger vehicle in a traffic accident in which a 16-year-old Polish citizen suffered serious, life-threatening injuries," the statement said.
The prosecutor's office said that a minor was hit by a car driven by a Kosovo citizen at a pedestrian crossing and that during the impact, the pedestrian was thrown onto a bus that was in the opposite lane.
"Following the traffic accident, an on-site investigation was conducted, led by the prosecutor on duty, with the participation of members of the Police Directorate and traffic experts," the statement said.
