I focused on making sure that Vedran send someone to PG to set that lawyer's car on fire, he said on Sky Krsto Vujić in communication with the recently arrested Mili Bajramović.
This is happening after this group of Skaljari people, according to the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT), killed Scepan Roganovic and after they learned about the arrest of their "colleague" Miloš Đuričković who they call Gyula and fears that he might speak out about the crime of February 13, 2002.
In a communication conducted in March 2020, two users of the encrypted application discuss the surveillance of multiple individuals, the hiring of secret sources, the burning of a lawyer's car, and the kidnapping of a man whose disappearance, they say, is intended to cause fear and paranoia among rivals.
However, they also deal with their own ranks - and comment on the behavior, or rather the fear, of their comrades, who would "rather rip out their hearts" than be killed by their opponents.
"Maybe I can find someone to finish it, brother... Although it's difficult now because of this situation with the police," Bajramović replies, alluding to the coronavirus pandemic and the movement ban at the time.
Then he says that it might be better to wait - to first try to turn around Đuričković.
"It would be better to first see if Đul tries to turn around, and then beat him with bars if necessary," writes Bajramović.
Vujić replies: "Okay, brother, I wrote to Vedran last night to see if he has anyone to send someone to visit there. Let's see the situation, I sent him the address and everything and which car, so we'll see, but now because of this, if they impose a curfew, let him send someone for a day or two, and then if he has a hard time or something, then we'll see if you can see it."
Bajramović agreed to such an agreement and asked - "What is Marko talking about, please?" and received the answer: "Nothing special, as if he was talking to you"...
"I encouraged him a little, but I didn't tell him anything unrealistic, just that he would get help when he got out, to be by his side." Tiny"...to continue waging war, etc.... He probably will, because he has nowhere to go. He has been faking it until now, now he has no choice but to wage war," writes Bajramović.
The now deceased Vujić then said that their associate had no choice, but emphasized: "There is no choice without doing so, in fact, whatever he wants -" Bobo, Sinisa i Marko...
"We will help them if they want to fight, if they don't, let them manage on their own... And these people will definitely attack them," Vujić said.
Bajramović, as he writes, agrees with this: "Well, they're going to attack someone, but I don't understand them - that the more we kill, the more our people are afraid"...
"Not that they're afraid, but that's the scene - someone from ours down there will sooner have their heart cleansed than be killed by these people... But this, brother, is between you and me, let's not spread the word about what kind of comrades we are," adds Vujić.
"Horror, there's nothing there," Bajramović adds, noting that Processing "what a disaster", and yes "Sinisa "He's going to faint from fear"...
Vujić then interrupts the conversation, saying that he is going to prepare lunch so that he doesn't have to think about, at least for a moment, his frightened associates, as he describes them.
They asked about Tafra.
The conversation, however, continues a few hours later, when Bajramović announces that he has obtained new information about the Nikoli Tafri, a man he claims to have worked with before.
"I heard from Trkač today, and he tells me that his guy down at HN knows this N. Tafra who worked with me at La Bamba. He has the Tafra crypt and says he's in touch with Zurovec"He's with them, apparently, but he's stupid so he breaks in alone," writes Bajramović.
He also states that the man through whom they are receiving the information is completely unknown to the other party, which is why he believes they will not connect him to them.
"And this Trkačev is anonymous, no one knows about him and can assume that he is reporting to us. So they will investigate a little, we will have good information there, I think," he says.
Vujić replies that this is “excellent” and asks Tafra to question Zurovac’s whereabouts. Bajramović tells him that he is supposedly in Germany, but points out that he is not sure how reliable this information is.
The interlocutors then speculate as to why Tafra would have an encrypted phone. Vujić assumes that he was given the device because he is a sailor and could perform tasks for them on the ship.
Bajramović states that he has known for a long time that Tafra was using such a phone and that, as he claims, this was also visible in the photos he posted on social networks.
"He took a picture with the crypt on Instagram so that you could see the correspondence when someone forwards the correspondence to you, and then the gray background. You can immediately see the crypt," he writes.
He adds that Tafra allegedly boasted that he owned an encrypted phone and was in contact with Zurovac, but announces that their source will gradually extract information from it.
Bajramović then suggests that he also question the man he calls Tafra. Bobo, because, according to him, the two of them trained together in the forest every day for a while.
Vujić warns him not to mention the encrypted phone to his interlocutor.
"Of course, but to see where he is, what he is, who he is with," Bajramović replies.
They planned to kidnap a rival.
After discussing information gathering, their communication shifts to openly discussing the kidnapping of one of their rivals, whose disappearance, according to their messages, should cause fear and distrust within the opposing group.
"We will have to kidnap one of them and make them paranoid as hell. None of them will be allowed to leave," writes Bajramović.
He identifies the person he calls as a possible target. Zmukica, explaining that his disappearance would be especially difficult for opponents because of the trust they have in him.
"We have to get one, and first of all Žmukica. Especially since he has confidence in him. Then there's the changing of the guard, everything, the greatest paranoia, because he'll know that he told everything," says Bajramović.
Vujić accepts such an idea and estimates that the most difficult thing for the opposing group psychologically would be to never find the kidnapped man.
"Even if they never find him, I can imagine how scared he'll be," he replies.
Bajramović then says that they must not allow their opponents to recover and that they must deliver "some kind of blow" in the next few months.
Judging by the communication, the interlocutors perceive the coronavirus pandemic and restrictions on movement only as a temporary obstacle.
"As soon as this corona is over, let's get going," Vujić writes, to which Bajramović replies that he will do so, adding that their exit would be Brand freedom meant a lot.
The two then discuss the man's trial, estimating that he could be out of prison by the summer, and again criticize the people they rely on in the south of the state, calling them incompetent.
Bajramović soon forwarded Vujić a separate correspondence with the person he was asking about Tafra. The reply shows that Tafra has started sailing, but the person he was talking to claims he does not know who it is connected to.
Bajramović asks Vujić if he should tell his interlocutor anything additional, but he receives a response that he should not reveal anything, as this could only jeopardize the collection of information.
"No, don't do anything. Let him go. You see, even if you tell him, we won't get anything, just a f*ck," Vujić writes.
98 years in prison for Roganović murder
At the end of June, the trial of the defendants for the aggravated murder of Šćepan Roganović and the creation of a criminal organization concluded in the Podgorica Higher Court.
Before the Special Panel of Judge Vesna Kovačević on June 22, Mili Bajramović was sentenced to a single sentence of 40 years in prison.
In her explanation of the decision, Judge Kovačević stated that nine shots were fired at Roganović, six of which hit him.
For membership in a criminal organization, Dino Ibrahimović was sentenced to five years in prison, Miloš Komar to four years, Igor Vukotić to eight years, Slavko Radulović to five years, and Miloš Gvozdenović to five years in prison.
Marko Radović was sentenced to a single sentence of six years in prison for illegal possession of weapons and membership in a criminal organization.
The court dismissed the charges against cooperating witness Miloš Đuričković. The reasoning for the verdict stated that the testimony of the cooperating witness confirms that Bajramović was the direct perpetrator of Roganović's murder, that is, the person who shot him and then fled up the steps of the Kanli Tower.
Two criminal proceedings have been merged in this case. In October 2020, the Special State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against Krsto Vujić, Milije Bajramović, Igor Glavaš, Dino Ibrahimović and Miloš Komar for the murder of Šćepan Roganović and the creation of a criminal organization.
According to the indictment, during 2019, Vujić organized a criminal organization whose members included, among others, Bajramović, Glavaš, Ibrahimović, and Komar, with the aim of committing serious murders and other criminal offenses.
The prosecution alleged that Vujić, Đuričković, Bajramović and Glavaš participated in the murder of Roganović in Herceg Novi on 13 February 2020, by prior agreement and with a division of roles. The second indictment, filed in September 2023, included Igor Vukotić, Slavko Radulović, Miloš Gvozdenović and Marko Radović, who were charged with membership in the same criminal organization. Radović was also charged with illegal possession of weapons.
About twenty days after the verdict handed down to the majority of the defendants, Judge Kovačević's panel sentenced Bosnia and Herzegovina citizen Igor Glavaš to 25 years in prison for aiding and abetting the murder of Šćepan Roganović.
The proceedings against Glavaš and the now deceased Krsto Vujić were separate.
