The police have fined entertainer Dragomir Despić Desingerica and two other people from Serbia 200 euros each, the Police Directorate (UP) announced today, adding that 11 minors were found consuming alcohol in the nightclub where Desingerica performed.

As stated, the Bar police, during the night of July 18, 2026, between two and three o'clock in the morning, conducted a control in a catering facility - a nightclub in Sutomore, on which occasion, three people were brought to the Bar Security Department for identification purposes - entertainer Dragomir Despić Desingerica (33) who performed in the club, as well as MJ (24) and S.Lj (33), all citizens of Serbia.

"After establishing their identities, the three individuals were fined 200 euros each by the immigration inspectors for moving and staying on the territory of Montenegro without personal documents, in accordance with the Law on Foreigners and the Law on Misdemeanors. 11 minors were found consuming alcohol in this nightclub, while one person was found working without a license. In relation to the minors, misdemeanor proceedings will be initiated against the legal entity and the responsible natural person in the legal entity for violations under Article 25 of the Law on Public Order and Peace, namely for allowing the consumption of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18," it states.

The UP added that the competent inspection services at the local and state levels, which carried out the inspection with police officers, identified a large number of irregularities in the operation of this nightclub, for which the responsible legal and natural persons were fined a total of 11.200 euros.
