That message, according to transcripts from the once-protected Sky app, Vladimir Mijajlovic sent to an associate at dawn on October 28, 2020, as trucks loaded with cigarettes were moving from Bar towards Podgorica.
He reported this to his associates while he was at the head of the Special State Prosecutor's Office. Milivoje Katnić, and at the head of the Special Police Department Dragan Radonjic.
It appears from the communication that the transport participants arranged to be secured along the way and informed about police patrols by members of several police units - the Special Police Department and the Border Police.
Mijajlović and his associates spent days preparing to remove at least three trucks from the warehouse in the port of Bar, arranging departure times, money, drivers, storing the goods, and returning the vehicles for a new round.

While organizing cigarette smuggling, Mijajlović corresponded for months with several associates, including the one hidden behind the DKM3TV pin.
"Have the money ready on Tuesday evening. We'll leave the truck downstairs on Tuesday evening. You pick it up on Wednesday morning. We have to give the money downstairs for collection one at a time. In 20 minutes or half an hour, one after the other. I have to give it downstairs to the truck, and they give us these from the special to the PG. Special. To send them off," Mijajlović wrote to an associate on October 24.
A day later, they arrange a meeting in Bar, and the day after the meeting, they continue negotiations via Sky.
"Brother, I just talked to these guys, the first truck will be your goods. And it's their truck. The second one leaves after 30/40 minutes. So your goods will be in the warehouse when you take over the second truck with my goods. I will pay, that is, I have already paid for the first one, which in this case is yours. But you have to leave the money in the warehouse with me and when your goods are in the warehouse, I will go down to get the money for the third one. That's the only way I can. Because I have to get all three out and pay. If you have a problem with money, just tell me so I can see what to do," Mijajlović writes.
After his interlocutor protests, he explains that he didn't think he was a bum, but that he was looking at things objectively, because he knew he was "trapped with the goods"...
"Brother, let's load this and put it with the angels, then we'll slowly finish everything without any problems. Now just let this with the angels pass, and it will," he writes.
He also explains to him that the GPS systems in the trucks have been turned off...
The day before the trucks of smuggled cigarettes left Bar for Podgorica, Mijajlović and his associate elaborated on the storage of tobacco products in the capital:
"When you drop it off in Bar, meet me at my place in the cans. When you get back to PG. Let's just work out the details, by then I'll have all the details from the driver. We just have to get it off the streets right away. If you think three is too much for you to take, I'll ask the gas station guy from Zeta to take one for me. But I won't until you and I define everything... What truck is it and what license plates are you leaving down there"...
Late in the evening, he informs him that the operation will begin at dawn, at 5:30 a.m., and that he will be with them the entire time...
Then he asks for money - "At least bring 180, you can do this later"...
"Be in front of Voli at 5:30, your truck will be started and ready to go. The escort is going ahead. Be in Bar by 5. Let's see the situation," Mijajlović sent late on the evening of October 27, and three hours after midnight he checked to see if his "comrade" was awake and alert...
He also tells him that everything is working in the port city, that everyone is in position...
"Just go and don't worry about the church. There are three of you going, these guys are following you. All without a problem. Free one of their trucks for me to come back for more goods as soon as possible. At 5:30 sharp. Your truck is at Voli's. God help you! Everything is according to plan... The special tinted Golf is ours, you know. I think it's behind you. And another one of their vehicles is on the way, cleaning everything," he sent that morning...
Then the person asking him about the trucks, he explains that they just told him to return one as soon as possible for more goods...
"Even if there is no GPS, they guarantee it"...
During the trip from Bar to Podgorica and back for a new tour, they correspond and conclude that Megan, who is on the road, is also part of their team, but that they have camouflaged themselves so that even their mother would not recognize them.
The police officers who were guarding them also told them how to behave on the road, as can be seen from the messages:
"The lagoon is black on the road, traffic, just don't overtake. They immediately sent me this to send to you. And the border jeep, so we don't worry - it's theirs... Yours knows where it's going, I assume, they're going up there to park. There's a police van parked at the Cetinje - Nikšić roundabout, two police officers and a civilian with a Motorola inside. Hours after they arrived in Podgorica, Mijajlović warned his associate to speed up the "unloading" of the truck of cigarettes, so that they would not be arrested on the streets of Podgorica...
The budget was cut by at least 3,5 million euros
According to the indictment of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, Vladimir Mijajlović organized a group that exported untaxed cigarettes from the Port of Bar Free Zone, avoiding customs supervision, and then sold and distributed them towards Rožaje and beyond.
The prosecution claims that the failure to pay customs duties, excise duties and taxes caused damage to the Montenegrin budget of at least 3.522.643,66 euros.
The indictment was confirmed against 11 defendants, including Vladimir Mijajlović, Nikola Dedaj, Aldin Mlatišuma, Miloš Mišurović, Darko Novaković, Hajrula Jahović, Ž. B., Haris, Ernes and Refik Kardović, as well as the legal entity "Catwood"...
The transport organized on October 28, 2020, is, according to the SDT, part of a multi-year operation by a criminal organization and a group of cigarette smugglers...
The teenager was also arrested in February 2021 for cigarette smuggling.
He and his company "Catwood" were then included in the report on suspicion that from the beginning of October to November 3, 2020, he removed 4.443 packages of various types of cigarettes from the Bar Free Zone, avoiding customs supervision measures.
