Two traffic accidents occurred in the Bar municipality this morning – in the Green Belt near Šušanj, a motorcycle hit a pedestrian, while in Sutomore, a car flipped onto its roof and damaged four other vehicles.
According to unofficial information from "Vijesti", the fallen pedestrian and the driver of the overturned vehicle were injured in separate traffic incidents and were transported by ambulance for medical attention.
A car that overturned in Sutomore due to an accident caused damage to several other vehicles that were parked along the main road, near the former "Inex" hotel.
Traffic in this direction, from Bar to Podgorica and vice versa, has been disrupted for a long time, as reported by citizens, and on the same section, endless queues have formed from both directions, with traffic moving in two lanes.
The police and the prosecutor on duty were on the scene and it remains to be determined under what circumstances these accidents occurred.
This is the third accident in 24 hours in Bar, as yesterday a traffic accident occurred on the main road near Čanj in Bar, near the town of Đurmani, involving a collision between a passenger vehicle and a freight vehicle, in which the driver of the car (36) from Podgorica was injured.
