Drove with more than three per mille of alcohol in his blood, sentenced to 15 days in prison

The defendant PM was sentenced to 15 days in prison for driving a BMW under the influence of alcohol, Judge Ana Bokan, spokesperson for the Minor Offences Court in Podgorica, told "Vijesti".

"The Podgorica Misdemeanor Court sentenced the defendant PM to 15 days in prison for committing a misdemeanor under Article 317a, paragraph 1, item 3, in connection with Article 182 of the Road Traffic Safety Act. Namely, on July 19, 2026, the defendant drove a 'BMW' vehicle on the Cetinje - Podgorica main road under the influence of alcohol in the body with a concentration of 3,20g/kg. By the same decision, the defendant was given three penalty points and a protective measure of a ban on driving a 'B' category motor vehicle for four months," she said.
