Officers of the Special Police Department arrested Almira Vukadinović and Zoran Perović today on suspicion of committing the crime of creating a criminal organization.
The arrests of Vukadinović and Perović were carried out on the orders of the Special State Prosecutor's Office.
The SPO searched the houses, as well as several facilities used by the suspects.
The defendant Almira is the wife of Predrag Vukadinović, who was arrested in Slovenia at the end of June 2022, on an international warrant from NCB Interpol Podgorica, and then extradited to Montenegro.
In 2025, he was acquitted in the first instance of charges that he participated in the murder of Saša Klikovac in July 2020, but the Court of Appeal overturned the decision in March this year and returned the case to the Higher Court in Podgorica for a retrial.
Almira Vukadinović, whose previous surname was Mujahodžić, was included in the SDT indictment, which in 2021 alleged that Janko Vukadinović and an unidentified person formed a criminal organization at the end of 2019 to carry out murders on behalf of the Škalja clan...
The indictment states that on January 22, 2021, in Tivat, this group allegedly attempted to kill Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljković, when, after staying with the head of the Kavač clan, Radoje Zvicer, they took a plane to Belgrade.
Suspect Zoran Perović was also arrested in 2020 on suspicion that, together with the now deceased Baranin Edmond Mustafa, he organized a bomb attack on the house of Remand Prison officer Saša Burić in February of that year.
