Mother, don't pick through suitcases with cocaine: Interesting communication from the head of the climbing team, Igor Vukotić, on the ski slope

"Don't let him open them and poke around ;-) say they're full of cocaine," writes the Sky account user with PIN 9BFD68 in a communication dated November 9, 2019, while agreeing with the interlocutor where to leave the suitcases and how his mother can pick them up.

According to the documentation of the Special State Prosecutor's Office, this PIN was used by Igor Vukotić, identified as one of the leaders of the so-called Skaljar clan.

The correspondence that Vijesti has access to does not contain responses from the person with whom Vukotić communicates, but only messages sent from his account.

It can be seen from them that he first suggests that the suitcases be left with a person he calls "Lule", so that he can then hand them over to his mother.

"Since my mother has the code to the building. What do you think, maybe we can leave the suitcases at Lule's and he can give them to her," the messages, sent within seconds of each other, read.

Then follows a message that explicitly mentions drugs: "Don't open them and poke around ;-) say they're full of cocaine."

A few minutes later, the user of the same PIN gives additional instructions to the interlocutor - that he "carries out" the agreement, that he will write about it the next day, but also that he should not provide details when explaining.

"Well, then go ahead and do it properly... You can keep writing... I'll write to him about it tomorrow... And you explain to him, don't go into detail, just that he needs to be added to Aunt Davorka's apartment," it says in order 9BFD68.

Barges and borders

This communication, among others, was used by the Special State Prosecutor's Office in the case against the group now convicted of murder. Scepan Roganovic February 13, 2020 in Herceg Novi...

In that court case, two court proceedings were merged - the SDT first filed the first indictment in October 2020, and then the defendants were Krsto Vujić, Mili Bajramović, Miloš Đuričković, Igor D. Glavaš, Dino A. Ibrahimović and Miloš B. Komar.

The second indictment from September 2023 charged Igor V. Vukotić, Slavko Radulović, Miloš Ž. Gvozdenović and Marko T. Radović from Herceg Novi.

Vukotić practically held all the strings in his hands and pulled them when necessary. The news reported that the direct perpetrator of the murder - Bajramović - had to hide, and that the Kotor native was pulling strings, calling associates and illegally "bringing" the man from one country to another...

After the same crime, he also organized the same team to be rescued by sea - he ordered a boat, taught them how to destroy traces, where to pick up and where to land the "soldiers".

To get everything ready for action, on February 13, 2020, the day Novljanin was killed, this Kotor resident asked Ilija Milanović to get a boat with a regular pentathlon, according to correspondence from the once-protected Sky app.

"Morning brother. Tell me, I need a boat with a regular pent... Borrow the best one... To go scrubbing and the like. Put on the blinkers and everything, equipment, you know. Just get the people out. We'll transfer them in literally ten minutes. And then we'll do our own thing," writes Vukotić.

In that case, Igor Vukotić was sentenced to eight years in prison in the first instance.

Bajramović faces a maximum of 40 years

By a verdict of the Higher Court in Podgorica, Bajramović was sentenced to a maximum of 40 years in prison for the aggravated murder of Šćepan Roganović and the creation of a criminal organization.

The verdict was handed down by judge Vesna Kovačević, who, explaining the decision, stated that nine shots were fired at Roganović, six of which hit him.

For membership in a criminal organization, Dino Ibrahimović was sentenced to five years in prison, Miloš Komar to four years, Igor Vukotić to eight years, Slavko Radulović to five years, and Miloš Gvozdenović to five years in prison.

Marko Radović was sentenced to a single sentence of six years in prison for illegal possession of weapons and membership in a criminal organization.

The court dismissed the charges against cooperating witness Miloš Đuričković.

The reasoning for the verdict stated that the testimony of the cooperating witness confirms that Bajramović was the direct perpetrator of Roganović's murder, that is, the person who shot him and then fled up the steps of the Kanli Tower.
