Close relative of Ljubo Milović suspected of illegally building a hall in Grahovac

Nikšić police have filed a criminal complaint against Dragan Milović (47) from Kotor, a close relative of fugitive police officer Ljubo Milović, on suspicion of illegally building a hall in Grahovac.

"Police officers of the Nikšić Security Department today, in continuation of activities aimed at combating illegal construction, at the order of the state prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić, filed a criminal complaint against DM (47) from Kotor, residing in Grahovac, a close relative of a member of an organized crime group, on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of constructing a building without a permit and construction documentation in the area of ​​Grahovac, Nikšić Municipality," the Police Directorate (PD) said in a statement.

The Police Department added that Nikšić police officers, in cooperation with the construction inspection of the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property, and in coordination with the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić, carried out an inspection of construction facilities in the town of Grahovac.

"The activities undertaken have determined that DM, in the town of Grahovac, illegally built a storage facility - a hall with an area of ​​360 square meters, which caused damage to the budget of Montenegro in the amount of 4.860 euros. An investigation conducted by officers of the Economic Crime Suppression Unit determined that DM does not have a construction application or a building permit, which is mandatory in accordance with Article 31 of the Law on Construction of Facilities," the statement reads.

The UP said that the acting state prosecutor at the Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Nikšić was informed about the incident, and on whose order a criminal complaint was filed against Dragan Milović on suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of building a building without a building permit and documentation.
