"Officers of the Budva Security Department conducted checks through international operational cooperation, during which it was determined that MH with the specified data does not exist in Croatian databases, and that the personal documents he provided were not authentic," the police said.

They said that further checks determined that the person who falsely presented himself as a Croatian citizen was actually VR (23) from Bor, a Serbian citizen, who is registered in Serbian records as a multiple returnee in committing criminal offenses.
