The investigating judge of the Higher Court in Podgorica ordered the temporary seizure of an armored Mercedes G500 belonging to the fugitive leader of the Kavaje cell of the Balkan drug cartel, Radoje Zvicer (44), because there is a reasonable suspicion that Zvicer acquired it by committing multiple criminal offenses.

This was told to "Vijesti" today by the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT).

"The investigating judge of the High Court in Podgorica, upon the proposal of the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT), ordered a temporary security measure - a ban on the disposal and use of movable property - the special (armored) passenger vehicle 'Mercedes G500' of the defendant RZ, because there is a reasonable suspicion that the defendant acquired it by committing the criminal offenses of creating a criminal organization, unauthorized production, possession and circulation of narcotic drugs, and money laundering," the SDT said.

"Vijesti" announced on September 5 that the armored Mercedes G-class, which the police found parked in front of the house of Danilovgrad resident Radovan Bulajić (48) and then confiscated, belongs to Zvicer.

A luxury four-wheeler, parked right next to the Danilovgrad - Podgorica main road, was seized on the orders of the SDT, which was searching for it.
