The Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) has filed an indictment against Stefan Đukić Mandić, Stefan Janković, Vuk Lakićević, Lazar Klakor, Trip Ivović, Stefan Mićić, Predrag Đuričković and Mališa Bubanja for creating a criminal organization and four criminal offenses of aggravated murder, which, according to the prosecution, killed six people.
After the investigation was completed, the indictment was submitted to the Special Department of the High Court in Podgorica.
According to the SDT, from 2017 to 2019, the defendants, together with the now deceased Zijad Nurković, Edmond Mustafa and Damir Hodžić, joined a criminal organization that, according to the prosecution, was organized by the now deceased Alan Kožar and Mile Radulović.
The goal of the organization, according to the indictment, was to commit murders and aggravated murders of members of an opposing criminal organization, in order to gain illegal profit and power.
The indictment covers the murders of six people.
The SDT charges the defendants with the murder of Slobodan Šaranović in Budva in March 2017, which, according to the indictment, was committed out of greed and ruthless revenge.
For the murder of Siniša Vlahović and Davor Prelević in Spain in June 2018, the prosecution claims that the motive was greed, namely the seizure of 400 kilograms of cocaine that they were holding for the account of a rival criminal organization.
The indictment also covers the murder of Ilija Krstić from Serbia in Budva and Kotor in May and June 2019. According to the SDT, it was committed in a treacherous manner and out of ruthless revenge.
The prosecution also charges the defendants with the murder of Željko Bulatović and Marko Sjekloća in Bar in June 2019, which, it is alleged, was committed out of ruthless revenge.
The SDT proposed that the detention of Lazar Klakor, Mališa Bubanja, Predrag Đuričković and Vuk Lakićević be extended.
It has been proposed that Stefan Đukić Mandić, Stefan Janković and Trip Ivović be tried in absentia.
Stefan Mićić, according to a statement from the SDT, is in custody in another criminal case and proceeding.
