According to the indictment, Radulović and Kožar recruited Damir Hodžić and Mustafa in the second half of 2015, Lazar Klakor, Trip Ivović, Stefan Janković and Zijad Nurković in early 2017, and Stefan Đukić Mandić, Vuk Lakićević, Stefan Mićić, Predrag Đuričković and Mališa Bubanja in the first half of 2019.
The SDT claims that they were recruited to commit an unspecified number of murders and aggravated murders, and that Radulović and Kožar set themselves the task of deciding which individuals would be killed out of ruthless revenge and to establish dominance.
EVERYONE HAD A TASK
Stefan Đukić Mandić, Lazar Klakor, Tripo Ivović, Vuk Lakićević, Stefan Janković and Stefan Mićić, according to the indictment, were tasked with acting on the orders of Radulović and Kožar and, together with Hodžić, Nurković and Mustafa, killing members of the opposing criminal organization designated by the organizers.
Their task was also to procure vehicles and other means necessary for the implementation of the criminal plan, participate in torture and deprivation of life, as well as to remove traces and evidence of the murders committed and hide the remains.
Mališa Bubanja, claims the SDT, was tasked with providing members of the criminal organization with encrypted phones with the SKY ECC application installed.
According to the prosecution, Predrag Đuričković was supposed to establish contacts with members of the opposing criminal organization with whom he was associated and to lure them to predetermined locations through deception.
There, they would be met by Đukić Mandić, Lakićević, Janković and Mićić, who would extort information from them about the activities of the opposing criminal organization, and then kill them. According to the indictment, Klakor and Ivović participated in the removal of traces and evidence and the hiding of mortal remains.
The SDT charges them with the crime of creating a criminal organization.
According to the indictment, Radulović and Kožar devised a criminal plan to murder Davor Prelević and Siniša Vlahović out of greed and ruthless revenge, for whom they had information that they were storing large quantities of cocaine for an opposing criminal organization.
The plan, claims the SDT, also included Željko Bulatović, Marko Sjekloća and Ilija Krstić from Leskovac, for whom the organizers had information that they were designated as direct perpetrators of the murders of prominent members of their criminal organization.
MURDER OF ŠARANOVIĆ FOR 500.000 AND AN APARTMENT IN TIVAT
Among the targets was Slobodan Sharanovic, who they believed had organized and paid for the murder out of ruthless revenge Nikola Bojović, a brother Luka Bojović.
According to the indictment, Stefan Janković, Lazar Klakor and Tripo Ivović participated in the murder on March 11, 2017 in Budva, together with Zijad Nurković and unidentified persons whom Radulović addressed by the pseudonyms "M" and "S".
SDT claims that Damir Hodžić and Edmond Mustafa stole a BMW car in the territory of Ulcinj at the end of October 2015, which they then hid on Mount Sutorman, in the territory of Bar.
The vehicle was later made available to Stefan Janković and Zijad Nurković, who, according to the indictment, agreed to be the direct perpetrators of the murder for a fee of 500.000 euros each.
Janković received an M70 AB2 automatic rifle, and Nurković a “Jericho” pistol, model 941, with the factory number erased.
The stolen BMW was fitted with license plates stolen from another car, after which Janković and Nurković left for Budva.
When they received information from members of the criminal organization identified by the pseudonyms "M" and "S" that Šaranović was in a suitable location, they came to Ulica Popa Jola Zeca.
According to the indictment, at around 22 pm, Janković fired six shots from an automatic rifle at Šaranović, and Nurković fired 14 shots from a “Jericho” pistol. Šaranović died from his injuries.
After the murder, they fled in a car, which they hid on a dirt road in the town of Dub, on the right side of the main road over the Trojica hill between Tivat and Kotor, and then doused it with gasoline and set it on fire along with the weapons.
According to the indictment, Klakor, Ivović and other unidentified persons then accepted Janković and Nurković and hid them in the territories of Tivat and Kotor.
SDT claims that Radulović and Kožar paid Janković and Nurković 250.000 euros each as a reward for the murder, instead of the promised 500.000, while Radulović bought Klakor an apartment in Tivat as a reward for the murder of Šaranović.
VLAHOVIĆ AND PRELEVĆ KILLED IN MAJORCA
According to the indictment, on June 1, 2018, on the island of Mallorca in the Kingdom of Spain, Stefan Janković and Stefan Mićić, together with Zijad Nurković and several unidentified persons, murdered Montenegrin citizens Siniša Vlahović and Davor Prelević for selfish reasons.
The SDT claims that they previously received information that Vlahović and Prelević were storing at least 400 kilograms of cocaine in a house in an unknown location in Mallorca, for the interests of a rival criminal organization.
According to the indictment, the two were killed in an as-yet-undetermined manner, after which the cocaine they were storing was seized.
The drugs, the prosecution claims, were shared with other members of the criminal organization, while the remains of Vlahović and Prelević were hidden in a currently undetermined location.
KRSTIC WAS KILLED AND THEIR BODY HIDDEN IN THE CURSE.
Stefan Đukić Mandić, Vuk Lakićević, Stefan Janković, Lazar Klakor and Tripo Ivović are charged with murdering Serbian citizen Ilija Krstić from Leskovac in late May or early June 2019 in the territory of Budva, in a treacherous manner and out of ruthless revenge.
According to the indictment, Lakićević, using his relationship of trust with Krstić, with whom he was friends, came to the apartment on Prijevor Hill in Jaz where the latter was hiding.
Krstić, the SDT claims, told him that, together with Željko Bulatović and Marko Sjekloća, he was preparing to kill Marko Ljubiša, "Kana from Budva," for a monetary reward.
According to the indictment, Lakićević, Đukić Mandić and Janković then kidnapped him and forcibly extorted information from him about the activities of the opposing criminal organization.
Krstić was then taken to the territory of Kotor, where, according to the SDT, he was killed together with Klakor and Ivović.
One of the defendants shot him in the head with a firearm of unknown make and caliber.
They attempted to burn the remains with car tires in the Trašte fortress on Grabovac hill in Kotor, and then lowered them into the fortress's bastion and secured them with a concrete weight so that they would remain undetected in the water.
The entrance to the dressing room was then concreted.
The remains of Ilija Krstić were found on May 19, 2025.
The murders of Bulatović and Sjekloća
Stefan Đukić Mandić, Stefan Janković, Stefan Mićić, Predrag Đuričković and Mališa Bubanja are charged with the murder of Željko Bulatović and Marko Sjekloća on June 18, 2019, on Mount Sutorman, in the territory of Bar, in a treacherous manner and out of ruthless revenge.
According to the indictment, Đuričković, at the request of Alan Kožar and using his relationship of trust with Bulatović, contacted him and deceptively lured him to come to Sutorman from Podgorica together with Sjekloća.
The alleged reason for the meeting was an agreement to kill Marko Ljubiša "Kan" from Budva.
Upon arrival at the agreed location, Đukić Mandić, Janković, Mićić and other unidentified persons, the SDT claims, kidnapped them and forcibly extorted information from them about the activities and plans of the opposing criminal organization.
They were then killed with an unknown brand of firearm.
In order to remove traces and evidence, they set fire to the vehicle in which Bulatović and Sjekloća had arrived at the agreed location.
When the "Lada Niva" they had purchased to commit the crime broke down, they invited Mališa Bubanja to come to Sutorman in his off-road vehicle from Bar.
According to the indictment, Bubanja, knowing that part of the criminal plan related to the murders of Bulatović and Sjekloća had been implemented, together with Đukić Mandić, Janković and Mićić, transported their remains to a currently undetermined location in Sutorman, where they buried them.
An "Alfa Romeo 147", owned by Željko Bulatović, was taken away and set on fire next to the local road Virpazar - Bar, in the village of Limljani on the Sutorman pass.
The car was found on August 5, 2019.
