Mijajlović: The body of the missing woman was not found in the Cijevna canyon, the question is whether she drowned

Divers of the Regional Center from Bijela did not find the body of a woman whose car was found in the canyon of the river Cijevna.

This is what the director of the Regional Center for Diver Training, Vesko Mijajlović, told "Vijesta".

He pointed out that the divers will continue the search tomorrow, although it cannot be said with certainty that the body of the woman who was reported missing is in the water.

"Today, the divers searched the part of the canyon, where the body would have stopped if it was in the water. The water is clear, you can see everything, and they did not find anything. The question is whether the body is in the water, because no one is sure that it drowned at all. Her car was found higher up next to the water and further from the canyon, however, the family suspects that she drowned and we will continue the search tomorrow," said Mijajlović.
