"Seafaring and trade, maritime fraternities, prominent individuals, warriors, sailors, cultural pioneers, artists, cultural monuments and the artistic heritage of cities and towns in this unique bay, are only a panoramic selection and a cross-section of numerous topics that were the focus of the author's attention. A meticulous research approach, perfect knowledge and mastery of the vast amount of Kotor archival materials, data processing skills, broad interest in choosing research topics, are just some of the fundamental features of Milosevic's bound studies on the past of Boka", said the librarian at the promotion. Slavko Dabinović.

Architect-senior conservator mr Zorica Čubrović she also recalled the significant role of Dr. Miloš Milošević in the reconstruction of numerous capital Kotor cultural monuments, the most important of which is the Cathedral of St. Trupun, after suffering in the 1979 earthquake. She also recalled his insistence on the thesis that the rich cultural heritage of Boka was created as a result of the local maritime economy and shipping as the most natural activity for this narrow coastal strip squeezed between the sea and the harsh rocky hinterland.

"For the modern generation, the selected studies on Boka seafaring represent the most fertile ground for understanding this message of Miloš Milošević, one of the best connoisseurs of the history and cultural trends of Boka Kotorska, because on the pages of the book, whose title page flashes the deep blue color of the sea distance, on whose surface a sailing ship from Dobrot sails in silver, there is actually a treasure vault in the form of a precious possession of information about the people from the shores of Boka Kotorska who were the carriers of the maritime economy of the 18th century. Their characters appear before our inquisitive eyes in countless bundles of read archival documents, which Milosevic carefully and interestedly studied in search of the historical roles of the people of Boka, as well as the roles of the settlement and the bay itself. "There are few regions that could have such interpreters of their own history as is the case with Boka Kotorska and the personality of Miloš Milošević, who carried the identity of Boka in his being," Čubrović pointed out, among other things.
