The KotorArt project of Don Branko's days of music, New normality: observing/rethinking/reshaping the role of art and culture after covid-19, is supported by UNESCO within the Participation Program for the period 2020-2021. years. The project is conceived as a five-day conference, the realization of which is planned from July 15 to 19, at which five panel discussions will be organized, namely: "Global overview", "Observation", "Reflection", "Reshaping" and "New normality". .

The conference begins with the "Global Review" panel on July 15 in the Church of St. Duha at 19 p.m., which will gather representatives of the embassies of Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, France, Croatia, China, Germany, Russia, the United States of America, Slovenia, Ukraine, Great Britain and others. The final day of the conference called "New Normality" will be presented by a panel where the previous discussions will be summarized, and the final evening will bring together the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports in the Government of Montenegro Vesna Bratić, the Vice President of the Government of Serbia and the Minister of Culture and Information Maja Gojković, as and professor emeritus of the University of Arts in Belgrade Milena Dragičević Šešić, theater director and director of the Dubrovnik Summer Festival Dora Ruždjak Podolski and theater director and director of the FIAT festival Ana Vukotić.

In the meantime, on the program is the panel "Observation" on July 16 about the impact of the new socio-political and technological dynamics on culture, cultural tourism and the promotion of cultural heritage. The theme of "Rethinking" on July 17 includes a discussion on understanding, adaptation and building the resilience of the artistic and cultural sector in turbulent times, and a day later the theme of "Reshaping" will be discussed.

After the conference, a publication containing the conclusions and recommendations reached during the discussions will be published, which will be promoted and distributed regionally. The panel discussions will be broadcast live on the Internet, and it is planned to publish the discussions in the form of a podcast.
